ABOUT OUR HOA

The Village at Tuscan Lakes has a very hands-on homeowners’ association (HOA). They ensure that all the amenities are in their best state by contributing to maintenance fees. The HOA's existence and contributions lead to stable property values for resale. The organization also holds regular activities and events to encourage a sense of community. Our current HOA management company is Inframark and is on location in the clubhouse.

An annual HOA fee covers the maintenance and repair of the following:
• Common area landscaping and irrigation
• Entry water feature, lakes, and ponds

• Lifestyle functions

• Staffing of the on-site HOA management company

• Amenity center expenses

• Front yard maintenance - residents' homes

ABOUT THE VILLAGE AT TUSCAN LAKES

In 2007, Centex Homes began building single-family homes within the gates of The Village at Tuscan Lakes. The community was later acquired by Del Webb, a leader in active adult communities. The last section was built in 2016. This community has a total of 358 homes offered on a resale-only basis. (Centex and Del Webb are partners of Pulte Homes.) See the Del Webb YouTube video here.

There are three series of homes in this 55+ Community: Gardens, Classics and Estates.

The Gardens Series has three (3) different models that range in size from 1,109 to 1,469 square feet. These homes feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage.

The Classics Series offers five (5) models that range in size from 1,628 to 2,025 square feet and feature two or three bedrooms plus a den, two or two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a two or two-and-a-half-car garage.

The Estates Series offers three (3) models that range from 2,272 to 2,581 square feet and feature two or three bedrooms plus a den, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a two or three-car garage.
